Petrali has answered two devastating hail storms for me with quick response and with competence and respect. They are easy to work with and reasonable on price. I highly recommend this great company.

This company is inconsiderate and has extremely poor customer service. My roof was damaged in a hailstorm (2nd devastating hailstorm in a month). Petrali roofing planted a bunch of roofing materials in my driveway, blocking the only way to my garage. I told them I would sue them if their negligence caused damaged to my car. They wouldnt bother to send anyone to fix their incompetence (by moving the 2 pallets they dropped off.) I'd fire them if I could, but I'm renting. So I wrote terrible reviews on yelp, here, and I filed a complaint with the BBB and CPA. I do hope they lose business from this, there is a lot of roofing companies to choose from, and this company has really poor judgment and service.

We have hired them on as a general contractor which was the worse things we could have done. Our house was hit by the hail on July 28th. It is now October 5th and the only thing they have done to our house is paint the porch and a few other places. We are STILL waiting on vynil, windows and a roof! The crazy thing is, we have USAA and we already have the money to pay them! It has been excuse after excuse. If I could I would back out from using them all together. I was also told that they needed money down to order supplies and pay for labor. I have given them 5000 and still nothing. I am disgusted!

I worked with Kirk at Petrali and he was incredibly helpful with our roof replacement. He was very informative throughout the whole process. We were first time home buyers and had no experience when replacing our roof. Kirk was patient and walked us through every step of the way. He even helped us upgrade our roof and worked with our insurance company to make sure all the damages were paid for. Great company! Highly recommend!

Our roof had just been replaced 3 years prior due to hail damage and I dreaded that we needed to go through the process all over again with a very difficult to deal with mortgage company. I am already stretched thin with family and work and my husband who had handled the process last time was out of the country. Kirk, the customer relations representative for Petrali, was incredibly helpful. He not only walked me trough the entire process but made many calls for me out of respect for my time and true to his outstanding customer service. If it had not been for Kirk and Petrali roofing, my roof would still be in need of repair. Noteworthy, the cost came in thousands of dollars less with Petrali then our prior replacement, the Petrali work was superior to the previous and the time from start to finish was far less with Petrali. Mr. Petrali himself was present at the property and was available if needed. If you are in need of roof repair, call Petrali. You will not be disappointed.
