Hard to believe this company received a BBB A+ rating. I am currently searching for another provider for my oxygen and CPAP supplies and equipment. I am not on Medicare as my husband works and we have insurance through his employer. Last year my account (me!) had been deactivated; that was quite funny since I continued to pay them and was still getting billed. They reactivated my account. Then the financial end was reorganized (I guess) since a notice was sent out that Braden Partners LP dba Pacific Pulmonary Services out of Bakersfield CA. Today, I was on hold for over 1 hour. That is beyond any level of patience. I'm trying to pay the bill. Some items on my account are questionable as I paid an amount back in February that is not reflected on the most recent statement I received. All I need is to talk with someone - I don't mind holding - usually - for a reasonable amount of time.
