Mountain Miracles Midwifery is owned and operated by Tiffany Joregenson, CNM. Tiffany takes tremendous pride in serving as a Colorado Springs Midwife. She offers holistic prenatal, birth, and postpartum care to the women of El Paso County and beyond! She believes that homebirth is a safe option for low-risk women and hopes to instill that same confidence in the women she works with. Tiffany graduated from Beth-El College of Nursing at UCCS and began her nursing career at Memorial Hospital. After serving just under a year on a medical/surgical unit, she was able to transfer to her dream job in the labor and delivery unit! She worked in the labor and delivery unit for 2 ½ years when she realized that the practice she had to maintain at the hospital was in conflict with what she believed normal, natural birth to be and it was then that she decided that she wanted to do something different that gave her the freedom to practice independently and the ability to deliver clients in their homes, so she went on to obtain her Masters! She completed her Master’s in Science Nursing with a specialty in Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University and has never looked back! She left her job as an RN at the hospital right before she began her clinical rotation and completed her clinical's at Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH). It was here that she shadowed some of the most evidenced-based, compassionate, Nurse-Midwives she has ever met! Tiffany has since assisted with over 150 deliveries and delivered over 60 babies in her Nursing and Midwife career.
