I had a horrible experience with Jim the owner. I was on the phone with him trying to let him know of my experience with his business, and he continually interrupted me, and even hung up on me. There was zero care and it was just plain rude. He doesn't remember that customer service is still important.

I was fired for not getting permission from an absent supervisor but from a coworker claiming authority. Said coworker now denies claiming authority and operations manager rejects my calls and has meetings about the situation without me. The Colorado springs branch appeared to reject my defence and conspired to my termination without hearing my story and ignoring my calls. It appears the reason in this situation is they wish to remove males and have no problem terminating men who pay bills and favor loyal female employees.
