On June 29th, 2015, Mario Vigil poured a concrete porch extension for me. They drove the extremely heavy cement truck up on to my driveway and sidewalk causing extensive damage. My driveway was cracked in a few places, but they've made it much much worse and refuse so far to replace the damaged areas. Rocky Mountain pre-mix, where they bought the cement from has a written rule that the cement truck drivers are not allowed to drive the truck beyond the curbs. Mario Brothers concrete violated this rule and in doing so damaged my driveway. It is now crumbling in many places and all of the damaged areas need to be replaced. I have mailed and emailed Maria Vigil and Mario Brothers concrete - I have sent them pictures and requested they fix the damage several times- but they only offered to patch the cracks they made, which is a temporary fix and unacceptable.

Absolutely don't use Mario. He didn't deliver the correct color (amazingly all his work is the same color), and the color/sealant came off in first few months. Now we're left with horrible looking concrete. This guy is learning on your dime.. Don't waste thousands of $'s to save hundreds. Call an expert. Read all reviews they are all correct to include him asking for money everyday trying to get paid up front.

DON'T pay him until he's DONE. Mario did do good work; don't get me wrong. But communication issues were notable.He was going to put concrete where I remember specifically saying grass for example, and leave the area under the deck unfinished when I specifically asked to have it all concrete, then charged $2k more than the original contract to make up for the new understanding. When they were just about done he asked for a final check and the disappeared (just had to still finish a corner of the yard and put in the drip irrigation... and they should have fixed a sprinkler problem they caused accidentally, but they wouldn't so we did.) He refuses to return, so I want to warn others to just not pay him until he's done. I think that would have solved most of our problems. Or... you can just find someone that the BBB has a better rating for.
