I saw Dr. Berg for plantar fascia. Upon arriving a full one-half hour early to fill out forms, and then waiting another 15 minutes to be seen, my patience was already tried. The receptionist/office mgr is apathetic. The doctor's asst finally took me for xrays and then escorted me to my room. The doctor made her entrance, and she too appeared bored as she mumbled and droned through all the problems with my foot and my options. Dr. Berg then had her asst (who was very pleasant) tape my foot to similate an orthotic she wanted me to buy, shove a night brace in my hands, and then out the door was I. Furthermore, for a follow-up appt, they hadn't even bothered verifying that the insurance company would cover me - something that was promised would happen. I actually followed up w/ the insurance company to find out this Dr was not really in network for me, which the ofifice personnel confirmed she was initially. So, I am not going back to this office. Awful attitude, awful service, awful sense of being taken advantage of. But the dog is wonderful!

Saw Dr. Berg once... said X-rays showed my foot bones were out of place and needed several expensive devices... she pushed me hard to buy them. I wanted a second opinion before I paid that much, and because my pain was recent, not chronic, I didn't think out-of-place bones was the problem. Second doctor said my foot bones were fine and gave me a routine I could do at home. Relief came within days. No pain in my feet for a year now. I suspected something was wrong with Dr. Berg's office when the “assistant” didn’t know the answer to any questions, and the office manager nearly took the credit card out of my pocket to pay the co-payment before I saw the doctor; guess they had too many parents run out of the office without paying.

These people have no idea what they are doing and they treat their patients horribly. I went there for over a year and they never did fix any of my foot problems! On top of that, they forgot about me in one of the rooms!

I saw Dr. Berg for a surgical consult on my bunion. She took xrays of my feet and thouroghly explained my deformity. I decided to get surgery with the doctor. She did an excellent job. My bunion healed uneventfully, she followed up with x ray every two weeks to check my healing. She always answered all of my questions and guided me through everything with sincere interest in my foot. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a GOOD DOCTOR. She may run a litlle behind schedule at times but the little extra wait is worth it!

Brought digital X-rays of my foot taken week prior at USAFA hospital; said she could not read them; retook using her ancient machine, top and side views of BOTH feet, charged $40 each; drew lines on one to “prove” my bones were very misaligned; did not show other 3 X-rays. Then gave me a hard sell for $600 worth of orthodontics. (Dr. Montross who I saw after Berg said my bones were fine, later confirmed; his solution worked, $40 from downtown store.)When I saw her, had a sprained ankle from 2 days prior. Her examination never discovered it, she never asked about it, only tried to sell me unneeded orthotics. Directed her assistant to tape my foot to simulate her $400 orthotics. My sprained ankle made my foot swollen and tape would have fallen off before I could know “the relief” orthotic would provide.Mumbles, whispers, gets peeved when asked to repeat herself, will no speak plain English. She had zero interest in explaining procedures I was supposed to do at home.
