I no longer live in Colorado Springs, but when it comes to car repairs I wish I did. We took our hondas and acuras to Randy and the gang for over 8 years. Never once did I regret spending a dime of what spent there on a repair. They were always friendly and interested in really repairing the car even if it meant them not getting the job as was the case more than once on a recall I was not aware of. I also used their services to purchase a used car, have them do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car and purchased a new car. What is even more amazing is that I can call them from where I am in Missouri and they will help me determine what is going on with my car and give me valuable advice. I have found a good repair shop locally, but they do not have the knowledge base that Honest and Accurate does when it comes to Hondas and Acuras. Take my word for it, they are the very best!

I've been using Honest Accurate since I moved to Colorado Springs in 1999, excepting 4 years I spent in Boulder, CO. Honest Accurate was formerly Hondac Auto until recently when Honda, Inc. complained about the similarity in names. Randy S. and Dan K. (owners) have assembled a superior group of mechanics. The ones I've used and know to be great mechanics are Jim L. in the east shop and Dean H. & his nephew Mark at the west shop. I'm guessing between Jim and Dean they have 50 or so years of experience working on Hondas. I know these mechanics to be excellent and always request them when I need work on my Hondas (a 1985 Accord SE-I, 1993 Accord EX and a 1993 Accord SE). Honest Accurate isn't the cheapest shop in town nor the most expensive, but in my experience you can count on quality work when you take in your Honda. Their waiting facilities are very nice and the east facility is new. Coffee is available, restrooms are super clean, and they'll give a courtesy ride home if needed.
