Poor communication and responsiveness from lawyer and staff. Caused more frustration, not less

The whole process of working with Gordon Heuser and his law firm has been terrible. From multiple unreturned phone calls, to vague unhelpful "details" from the lawyer himself and staff to trying to get the whole thing done, was terrible and caused more frustration to the whole situation. Good luck getting a phone call back, you'll need to leave several messages and then finally complain. Can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone, no one in the office seems to have a sense of urgency. Save yourself the time and hassle and find another laywer who trains his staff to be more customer service oriented and who cares more about his clients.
