Crooks. They charged me for the batteries in the smoke detector, two gallons of paint because the first one they bought was the wrong color, plus 14 hours of cleaning on a 600 square foot home (even after I got the carpets professionally cleaned). I can't provide every last detail, but trust me, don't rent here no matter what!

literally the WORST company I have ever dealt with. NEVER rent from them. They need to go out of business . They suck.

The worst people I have ever rented from. They come when they want without notice. Force you to move (by adding 250$ to rent)when the lease is up unless you sign a 12month lease. You cannot have yard sales or attempt to fix the place up. Charge bogus fees and treat you like crap.

Oh where to start with this horrible company and the owner of this building. First they come over with no notice at all. Complain about any updates/improvements you make. Forbid yard sales and try to get you for the stuff they do not fix or clean. Apparently the owner is cheap according to maintence and thats why this place is falling apart. The wood floors have gaps/splinters and the rest of the floors have burns and holes,they didnt replace the leaking radiator,or fix all the peeling paint from water damage. They also cleaned so well that i found dog poop and leftover junk in the kitchen drawers at move in. I will never rent from them again.

This place took over the house I was renting, and they are the worst. I moved out because of them, and I had been there 2 yrs. They are charging me an extra months rent, because I had someone come clean it and they showed up a day late to clean, So this place is charging me a full months rent for that. I should have left it. They are money hungry rodents. Don't rent or buy anything from them.

DO NOT! Move anywhere that is being leased out by Haley Realty. They are money hungry and squeeze everything they can out of you. Don't expect to get your deposit back and don't expect to get any help you needed. They came into my house without any notice and upon moving out, my lease was up on the 31st. I turned in my keys that day even though they were closed until the second....then I got a bill from them charging me rent for those two days because they were closed! Absolutely ridiculous! Save yourself, and your wallet and stay away from Haley Realty properties.

I echo every negative sentiment however I have experienced workers and office staff who are attentive but bound. Currently involved in litagation with Haley. Anyone interested in witnessing or joing the suit contact Legal Aide on Nevada.

This is the worst company to rent from no doubt. At first they are somewhat nice they do whatever it takes to have ppl sing a lease, they even allowed me to have a 6mo lease. But after those 6 mo were over they sent me a letter saying the rent would go from 400$ to 660 a month if I didn't renew the lease. They also gave no option but to Sign to 12mo lease. The breaker got tripped in the middle of winter so no heat n no light In my unit, I called them n some angry ass hole called me to tell me he wasn't coming until the next day!! They "fixed" the breaker but r now charging me 58$ for the fixing. My sink wasn't n still isn't draining properly, they came into my apt with no notice n "fixed" the sink n they now want 30$ for that. Isn't the landlords responsibility to ensure my apt is in living conditions at all times?? So now I magically owe this people almost 300 dollars for repairs n also in rent late fees. Which makes me even more angry because I pay my rent 7days before its due. But they take money from the rent I paid, to cover other expenses n then they hit me with late fees on rent. what kind of book keeping system is that? Not only that but when u talk to them as to why all the fees, they never have an answer. They know to charge you but they are clueless as to what n why they are charging you. In my opinion the way they set up their lease is to screw ppl over, they want ur money for the shitty costumer service. If u have rented from this company please do as I did n file a complaint with the better business beuro. Haley Realty is the definition of "SLUM LORD" they suck you dry of fees, fees and more fees! Whatever you do avoid them! Renting from them is a nightmare....

It's true they charge you an arm and a leg for fees. One day late on rent whether it be your fault or the mails (you can't pay in person and they go by when the receive it not the post marked date on the mail) and you'll be paying $95 from two different fees. They are very rude on the phone. They transfer your call a lot and the next person they transfer you to never knows what you are calling for so you have to keep explaining. You must have the rugs cleaned professionally before you move (keep your reipt) or they charge you for carpet repairs. I'm moving out soon because of the military clause but I don't know how well that will go and if they are going to take my deposit for unreasonable charges. Oh and i've only been here for 7 months and can't stand this company.

They are rude. And unorganized. They will slap a fine on you for something you have NOT done. Even when you tell them the violation is not yours.

I have heard they like to rack up the fees! I have a friend who rented from them and she was always getting a fee charged to her for something. Beware they don't allow you to pay in person at their office. They go by the date they receive your rent payment in the office not the date on your check or money order. This is how they get you for late fees. 50.00 dollars after the fifth day and 45.00 to post the notice at your door. My friend was always getting notices for the yard not being green in the summer! The yard was full of weeds when she moved into the property! They are not a business I would say has integrity. Don't rent from them unless you have extra money to shell out for bogus charges!!

i have called several times to inquire about your rental properties as of June 2010..No response todate from your office. Not a return phone call after I left several messages! No satisfied with your service and would not want to have you rent my home!

When it comes to customer care, Haley Realty is the worse to deal with. I concur with one other readers that cited that they are rude to customers. They go beyond rude and hateful to customers. They have a person that answers the telephone as you enter the office who is terribly rude. When you ask to speak to people on staff, in particular the manager, they will ask what do you want with the manager or what do you need, and will do everything to keep you from getting to speak the the manager - even if the manager asked that you return their call. I found out they not only exercises unprofessional tactics on the phone, but they also do the same when people who visit the office. Others have said that this person acts like she's a security guard instead of a receptionist or secretary. Haley looses paperwork and then will turn around and penalize homeowners and tenants for their (Haley's) own mistakes. They are crooked, deceptful and incompetent. The worst of the worst! They do t

We've hated every minute of the 2 1/2 years spent with Haley Realty. They never listen to their tenants and they don't give enough time to make changes. We got a "warning" for leaving our trash can out and got a fine the next day - after we'd fixed the problem! they had us blacklisted before we even got the first notice. The customer service rep literally told me that my issue "wasn't worth helping." STAY AWAY FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!

They are congenial and helpful professionals. Maintenance wise I am not sure, I have heard mixed reviews on this. However, finding a place within price range and with amenities needed, with a congenial attitude is where they are very good.
