I've been a customer of Glenn's Jewelry and Loans for 15 years, for jewelry repair, jewelry purchases, and cashing in scrap/broken/unworn jewelry. I've brought Glenn's several pieces of 18K and 22K gold, and they tested the jewelry and affirmed the gold content accurately of all the pieces. Additionally, Glenn's has always given me the best, fairest price on gold I've brought. Glenn's sells unique pre-owned as well as new products, and offers a convenient, flexible layaway plan for every budget and Glenn's does fantastic jewelry repair. Glenn's is the ONLY place I buy, trade, sell, and have jewelry repaired.

I sold my old gold jewelry-broken chains and even some gold fillings what I thought might be $100.00-$200.00 turned out to be 785. 00 very pleased great environment-great place to sell gold--

They say they buy new and used jewelry. I went in to sell my wedding set after a divorce. Needless to say, it was used jewelry. They asked what I had to sell, and when I put it down on the counter, they said "oh, we only buy new used jewelry." New used jewelry? I understand if it's scratched or bent or whatever, but "new, used" jewelry?? If it's bad, use it as scrap. They were rude and not helpful at all, and why advertise that you buy used jewelry if you don't? Don't waste your time here.

DON'T GO HERE! This place is horrible! I've been disappointed every single time I've gone into this place. I had 2 loose diamonds and some rings to sell. The diamonds were GIA certified, with certificate and photo card, and the rings were all new with tags! The snooty, snobby 'European' lady spoke quietly (or it was noisy?), but got rude when I needed her to repeat herself. They looked at them disapprovingly and said they'd only give me 'gold weight value' on them. Like I'm supposed to give them the diamonds for free then?? One had three 1/4 carat diamonds, one had a 1/3 carat marquis, plus other diamonds. VERY nice rings. The only one they said they'd buy was a 6mm gold band. They advertise that they 'Buy and Sell new and used jewelry,' yet they only wanted 1 of my 5 items?? They're always rude and never helpful. Don't go to this place. I won't ever be back.

This place is a rip off the two young blondes have no idea wharf they are even taking about not only that they are very rude. Some people do have to struggle to get by not everyone has money like there owner does. I have done business in the past with this company seems to be they can't keep good help. M. Smith
