I would highly recommend George Will and his company Equity Lending to all Veterans and current active duty soliders, We did a streamline VA with Mr. Will, and we signed are inital documents at 3.50%. When we got to the closing table Mr. Will informed us that we was able to sucure a 3.25% 30 year fixed rate. The best service I have ever had doing a mortgage. We also paid no orgination fees!!! We regret doing business with this company. We could not get the CEO (or his mom who works for him) to call us back in a timely fashion. It seems all we ever got were apologies and feel we rarely received any useful information on our loan. We closed several days late and received a surprise of almost an additional $5000 closing costs we had to pay. We do not recommend doing business with this company.
