He took the time to consult with me and discuss my options with no pressure. Once I decided to have the work done the care he took was second to none. Couchman Dental seems to cater to a particular class. I felt that I was treated with less respect because I didn't aspire to dress and talk like the people who normally visit there.

A bill that I had been making payments on went unresolved because they were applying the money I paid to my husband's bill and not mine. One of their office representatives called my job demanding payment. When I asked to call her back so that we could speak about the matter privately she said that she would send my bill to collections and hung up on me. I had never been treated so horribly by someone I had chosen to give my business to. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about their horrible business practices.
