This dental office was recommended to me 3 years ago and i just want to compliment the professionalism and care that the entire office has showed our family. I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact have.

I have been looking for a good dentist for a long time. I have seen many but they all seem to be about the money and not the patient. Not Dr. Couchman. He took the time to consult with me and discuss my options with no pressure. Once I decided to have the work done the care he took was second to none. My husband and my son were the biggest chickens when it comes to the dentist. We have been treated to gentle professional and outstanding care by gentle caring and professional people. A staff that truley cares with the finest of dentists

Couchman Dental seems to cater to a particular class. I felt that I was treated with less respect because I didn't aspire to dress and talk like the people who normally visit there.

A bill that I had been making payments on went unresolved because they were applying the money I paid to my husband's bill and not mine. One of their office representatives called my job demanding payment. When I asked to call her back so that we could speak about the matter privately she said that she would send my bill to collections and hung up on me. I had never been treated so horribly by someone I had chosen to give my business to. I will make it a point to tell everyone I know about their horrible business practices.
