I have a gift card for a Mother's Day package which was purchased right before we had to PCS, which my husband was told that the card had no expiration, there is none on the card. When I walked into the spa and tried to schedule the appointment with the staff who were working, I was told that the new owner would not honor the gift card. I talked directly to Suz and asked that she honor the card and Suz said no, that they are not the same owners of the business. I then asked if she purchased the buisness from the previous owners, which they had, however Suz denies purchasing anything else but the name of the company. However, when you look on their website it clearly states: Columbine Massage Therapy & Day Spa 2003 -2015 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.



When purchasing a business, I do believe you purchase all credits and debt that business has incurred, so for Suz to say she did not and then to advertise that the business has been around since 2003 -2015 on her website, shows to me an unrepeatable business owner.
