On or about April 15th, 2010, we paid a down payment to CRT to install countertops and 48 sq ft of back splash in our kitchen. We supplied the tile for the back splash and were charged $600 for labor to install the backsplash. We wound up paying an additional $200 for replacement of the drywall.The installation of the tile back splash was not professionally installed or finished (see pictures they tell is all). Despite returning several times they only worked on portions and never completed the job. Attempts to tell, show or explain were met with rudeness and a distinct lack of caring.Because of language and personality issues, CRT insisted I be present at another attempt to get the job right. As a field engineer I am in the field and then home for a week. I contacted Chris, the owner and told him I was available all week for them to come and finish the work. They (CRT) never showed up.
