This was a nice salon and very clean. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the technician who did my nails. I believe his name is Tom and I think either he does not have a lot of experience doing pink and white nails or perhaps he was nervous but I like to wear my nails very short and he cut 4 of my fingers underneath the nail. This was pretty painful for about 5 days after getting my nails done. I will try this place again but I will not go to Tom again.

I have been going to the salon for quite some time and just that everytime I go my appointment is late. I believe 20 minutes late for an appointment is a bit excessive and compensation should have been made. but I was told that was an isolated incident and it doesn't happen very much. so as a customer I was made to feel bad and I probably will not be going back to this place

I have only been to this place 2x so far, but both times I was really impressed. The staff and very nice. I would say the nicest in the springs. They are also very professional and do a wonderful job. Cnd is also very kid friendly. My husband has been going to a different nail salon the whole time that we've been in the springs, but now he wants to continue to go to Cnd as well.
