Really getting to know your service writer is usually not a good thing, but Diane always made me feel like my needs were a priority, and I miss seeing her, now that I've moved to Pueblo. If I hadn't moved, Aspen Mark Dabling would continue to be my exclusive service and repair shop!

I stopped in for new winter windshield wiper blades, in and out in fifteen minutes. Staff is very welcoming! Price is very reasonable!

Very personable - will never high pressure you for repairs. Yes, they will do a free inspection and tell you what they find, but no high pressure. It will be in your hands as to what you want them to do. They are interested in your safety and can prioritize their services.

The absolute BEST auto service anywhere in this state. Don't go to a dealership or anyone else who claims a high rating. They treated my Land Rover (which isn't easy to service) with top notch care. They are like family to me now that we have been going there over the years.

Trusted resource, however, I've brought my car in twice on account of a rough ride. They replaced my struts a couple of years ago, but the ride is unacceptable. They've been unable to diagnose the problem.

Aspen Auto is the only place I will take my Mercedes 600sl. They are as knowledgeable as the dealer, but easier to deal with and less expensive.

I went for an oil change and left my car for 4 hours there. They said it would be ready at 4:30...4:40 comes by and they have not called. I called and they said they could not do the oil change because they could not open my hood. If they had called I could have told them how to. I go there to pick up my car and I was angry but calm waiting for them to make it right. Well after more waiting they hand me keys with out a word. I am done at this point, I tell them it is BS that they could not figure it out and that I was no longer a customer of theirs, and walk out. The manager comes outside to tell me that I cussed in his store and I was banned . This petty manager could not accept the fact that I "quit" and tried to "fire" me. We continue to have a very vulgar exchange. In the end I left feeling angry, threatened and shaken by the managers actions. On top of all this they are expensive as sin and will try to nickle and dime you. Best advice find another place for your business.
