I as well as my father (separate properties) have used American Integrity Realty to manage our homes in Colorado Springs. I have a condo out east which has sat vacant for an entire "zero" days since American Integrity Realty began managing it in 2010. My father has had the same experience as an out of state owner since 2011.

I typically do not write reviews, but found it necessary after reading the negative one I found online. Tenants forget the management team at American Integrity Realty are there to work for the owners. I have not found a management company which holds a candle to American Integrity Realty. The fees are more than fair after shopping the competition and the communication and bookkeeping are superb. If you are an owner looking for a company to manage your home as if it is her own give Dee Dee a call and vet her for yourself. It will a breath of fresh air compared to what you hear from her competitors.
