Expressions jewelry has awesome jewelry and has bought old you from me and repaired jewelry and very fair prices one ring was completely crushed in the parking lot and they brought it back to life for $50 who does that what an awesome Jeweler.

I have 2 gold necklaces that I constantly break. I used to pay the other jeweler in building next to them anywhere from $20-40 just to have soldered back until I went to Expressions. I only pay $10 now and will repair for free if breaks again at same spot.

Very nice Jewler. Friendly staff. You get treated fairly. Recommend this business for all your Jewelry repairs, and purchases.

Big disappointment !!! Dishonest, unkind jeweler, If You looking for jewerly repair and do not know how to deal with liar do not go there. I prepaid for very simply necklace repair, just lost $ 50 and only thing what I can do is to write review and find honest jeweler

Very disappointed in a layaway that I had at this store. I paid $400.00 dollars on a bracelet that I put on layaway at this store. I changed my mind and went into the store for a credit only. The manager tells me that the computer only shows $100.00 dollars in payments. this doesn't make since to me because I have my layaway with all the receipts attached showing all my payments made. The is the first issue I have ever had with this store. Where did my payments just disappear to? Very disappointed customer.

Honest, friendly, trustworthy, pays cash and higher price than any other jeweler in tri-cities or Richmond area for gold and silver, and even removes stones for you to keep if you like. Great family-owned business!

I've always been pleased with the service at Expressions Jewelry. I had them design and make an engagement ring to exactly match my wedding ring after the original ring was lost. They did a superb job!
