I will give the doctors a 5 star rating but I tried to schedule an appointment for me and my mom. My mom being a patient of another dermatologist they would not see her as a new patient because they are busy. well I live 10 minutes from them and I refuse to drive to another county just to get seen by a doctor with my follow and so my mom can have a keloid removed. this is ridiculous. My question is are they going to pay for my gas? The answer is no. If they cant rectify this problem I will no longer see them. I guess I will find out on Tuesday of next week when my doctor comes in if he will accept her if not I will be moving on. I am tired of receptionist who are rude and just hand off the phone to someone else. Then I have to listen to the same old speech. All I need to deal with is one person, not 10.
