When I turned to Werner after my kitchen fire I was treated badly and the business managers were very in my face and pushy when it came to the services they were going to provide. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the QC area.

While I working at getting power back to my home after a fire I was speaking with werner on the phone,telling my objective and he stated he could see what he could do( great I'm thinking) In the a 2 day period I had a contractor come and give me a estimate to restore service. Next I find the service had been authorized and performed by werner contractor. Ok fine I later get a bill for 1100.00 plus for this service. My quote for the electrical repair was 480.00 When I spoke to werner they said the repair was 920.00 and 10% + 10% for them making the phone I believe the pricing is over priced. The next phone call I get is from the billing I asked to be called about the amount, and my voice mail is Pay it or Im sending it to collections No way Would I recommend this business Thanks for Listening
