My daughter sliced her finger with a knife tonight and we took her to Wellnow urgent care in Ofallon Il that turned us away at 730 because they "stopped taking patients at 730", even though they closed at 8pm. I got back on the web search and called Anderson Hospital Urgent Care and asked if they would see us if we could get there before 8, as that is when they closed. They accommodated us even though we didn't get there until 755pm. They did an amazing job and eased my daughters worries. I send them my deepest gratitude for being so caring and willing to help.

Avoid this place. I don't have a family doctor so i went to this place. I had a chest infection and the doctor refused antibiotics. Staff was very rude when i ask to see another doctor. That night my chest kept hurting. Went to the hospital and not anderson the next day to find out i had a sinus and respiratory infection. Thankfully i had a doctor that knows how to treat his patients instead of uneducated ones.

Staff was very nice! I would recommend this place to everyone.
