Wow! What a great experience. My neighbor stated that he had worked with Door Works several times over the past several years and never had a complaint. I called around and discovered that there were businesses with lower prices and others with higher prices. After a quick visit to the Better Business Bureau's web site I made my pick. Door Works carried an A+ rating while the cheapest one had an F rating. Door Works, was able to get a same day appointment. The repairman had the job completed within 20 minutes and at the amount the office had quoted over the phone. Great service. Great value. I would recommend this business to any needing an honest professional in the Door Replacement/Repair business.

My 9yr old Sears garage garage door opener broke. I called several companys in the local yellow pages to get quotes. I decided on one company that I thought had a good price so I picked them. The only thing that bothered me was they went by several names. The man on the phone said that ws because they have bought several different companys. I tried to find them on the BBB web site but no listing was found. I had already made a appointment with them. I decided to check Chanberlains lift master web site for dealers. I came across Door Works so I called then and talked with the owner Ellen and got a quote from her. I was telling her about the other company. She advised to be careful with them and offered to check them out for me.

She ask me how I knew seh was the owner and I said I got it from the BBB web site. Her quote was just a little bit higher ( 30.00) but decided to go with her company after reading reviews and the info on the bbb web site. She was great to work with. She even offered me a free piece of equipment to go along with my opener. I canceled the other guy and went with Door Works. The installer called and said he was going to be late due to his girlfriends car broke down with her kids inside. He called us when he was on his way. He did a great job on the install and helped set up my wifes vehicle installed remote on her chevy trailblazer. He did a great job of explaining everthing and he was a employee of the company not a subcontractor. I would recommend Door Works to anybody with garage door problems.
