Rude service from Endura Products sales rep. Three weeks ago, John K, their sales rep in Tampa Bay came to our new construction house and was to send door parts we need but nothing has arrive yet. We decided to bypass him when he didn't answer our text inquiry and called the factory to purchase them directly, but Bud, the guy we spoke to, told us we could only get them from the sales rep. Later that day, John K called and left us this rude voicemail that said 'I just got a phone call from the factory saying you are irate that you have not received the parts, and I want to remind you that the parts I was sending you were sent as a favor and neither I, or Endura Products are obligated to send them to you' (word for word voicemail we have) We never asked for 'any favor' and had no problems paying for the parts. All we wanted was to get our doors fixed. I doubt his behavior is typical of Endura Products employees and hope someone will speak to him about polite customer service.
