Ok so we are somewhat new to the area. We ordered propane a few days in advance. The time came and left and no propane. We never received a phone call saying they were on their way, late or lost. So we are hoping they show up today. Bunt if we don't get propane today we will have to go somewhere else. We are running on fumes and will be stuck in the cold otherwise. Prices are better but not when you don't receive the propane.

HORRIBLE! My family has been loyal for years but not after this year! With the massive propane shortage that hit we expected it to be slow delivery... 2 weeks and still nothing! Not only that but we cancelled our order yet still received an almost $500 bill! They can't tell us who the driver was and admit they may have delivered to the wrong house but are still racking up late charges in our names!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!
