Worst "Real Estate Company" if that is what you would like to call them. They rented me a building filled with black mold then refused to clean it AND then followed it with a refusal to continue lease. they showed up mid summer removed all the screen windows and never replaced them, bypassed the water filter in our building and the water turned brown! It goes on and on. The Father the Sons all of them I've felt with and I'll never do it again! I advise ANYONE! AND I MEAN ANYONE THEIR IS BETTET COMPANY PUT THEIR! F.Y.I the father will own the company then sell it to one son and the one son will sell it to his brother then back to his son. And ignore every issue you have. Until you break.
