A place with pictures of seafood on their exterior should pride themselves in serving good quality seafood meals....not here or other Red Lobsters. Very poorly prepared undersized pieces of just about any seafood, especially the shrimp, served with cold veggies (and way overpriced). Should call this chain the "Dead Lobster"

Going Down Hill

I am sad to say the the CDA Red Lobster is no longer one of my favorites. We had our second in a row disappointing meal last night. It was dinner time (05:30 PM) and the place was less than half full. We were seated at a table so small it barely accomodated our drinks and salad. Our server announced they now work in teams, and three of them would be taking care of us. Then we saw NO server for 13 minutes. Our dinner salads were good, in fact the best part of the entire meal. My husband ordered their new New Orleans salmon dish, which was OK, but his baked potato was cold and the broccoli was so limp it was almost mush. My broiled seafood trio was not good: Tilapia was raw on one side and burned on the other. The shrimp scampi was okay at best, and the stuffed shrimp was downright disgusting, with so much grease and salt. Waitress was highly distracted with something else going on--no eye contact, and obviously just wanted us gone. We did not complain, and will not go back any time soon.

Friendly staff, great service....

Friendly staff, great service. Wish they'd bring back better flavors for the unlimited shrimp they tend to have around fall. Bring back the Teriyaki and Cajun and you've had more customers happy for this!

Still, they're always very nice when we do go, and I appreciate it!
