When Kerry and Lyla Henderson started Pool World in 1976, they had one goal in mind: build a business based on customer satisfaction. Because of our commitment to doing things right for the customer, Pool World has grown to become the largest pool and spa business in the Inland Northwest. Today, that commitment to our customers has been passed on to a new generation. Son, Mark, is active in the company, working to make sure every customer at Pool World is a happy one. During our 34 years in business we have been able to expand to 4 store locations and over 60 employees. "We sell more than pools and spas, " says Mark. "We are in the business of giving people fun and relaxation. Our goal is to have 100% customer satisfaction. That's very important to us, and it's very important to our customers."
