One of the few places I've been where I feel like I can actually trust a mechanic. I have had experience with this shop on both large and small repairs and will continue to go back. The turn around time is reasonable, prices are good, and they will tell it to you straight. They won't try and sell you on unnecessary and expensive repairs like some shops. Plus, everyone I have dealt with there has been friendly, helpful and easygoing. As a bonus, they don't automatically write me off for being a female and they still talk to me about my vehicle and explain the repair process and answer any questions I may have instead of addressing the nearest male and expecting him to fill me in later. Definitely recommend.

Having had trouble finding a fair, reliable shop in the past, I was SO happy to find Cook's! I had extensive problems with my older pickup and having moved a couple states away, a LOT of repair work needed to be done in order to ensure it would be roadworthy. I had my truck into Cook's once before for some minor maintenance, but this last visit definitely sealed my opinion of their business as the best shop I've found in CDA. The repair prices were fair, work was done quickly, and the mechanic didn't run up my bill with unneccessary repairs and over-charging (a problem I had in the past w/ a couple other shops in CDA). Most importantly, I made the 900 mile trip to my new home safely and without troubles along the way. Definitely would recommend these guys!
