I have two different issues concerning this business. The first issue involves garbage pick up. I own a house on the market in Coal Grove. The house has been for sale for some time and is empty. I have the water on. I do not mind paying a water and sewage bill, but I feel a bill for garbage collection is totally a rip off. When one NEVER puts out garbage, it is not normally charged in other places. My second issue is a house across the street on a hill that drains the water off of their house on my property. The water has ruined my garage, runs across the road, and goes into my yard and crawl space. Coal Grove Village Water after talking to the mayor says this is a Civil matter and will not help with the situation. I am amazed that people living in that area are willing to drive through all of this water every time it rains. (The drain pipes from the house on the hill could be changed with a simple rerouting.)
