Chicago Aerosol custom blends propellants, including all hydrocarbons, DME and 152A. The company has three high-speed aerosol-filling lines that handle aluminum or steel cans, and two high-speed liquid filling lines for flammable-based products, such as hair sprays. It also three additional liquid filling lines capable of running thin liquids to more viscous products with full ranges from two ounces to one gallon. These lines are used for shampoos, conditioners, gels and polishes. Chicago Aerosol also provides complete warehousing and distribution services that are tailored to its customer s needs. It offers more than 50,000 square feet of warehouses for raw materials and more than 95,000 square feet of NFPA 30 aerosol storage.
