Square Footage includes fireplace/ porch/ balcony/garage/stairs or separate facility either attached or detached to apartment.   Simply Scour Cleaning will arrange price discounts ranging from 10-15% off all new contracts with respected apartment companies to cover multiple cleanings.   Please Call Simply Scour Cleaning 719 291 9919 to schedule move-out/move in clean to include the first time customer 20% discount.   Our standard cleaning services includes: Bathroom cleaning- washing of bathtub/shower, cleaning of walls and grout, cleaning of mirrors, cleaning of countertops, washing of sink, shining of stainless steel, sanitizing of toilet, washing of seat lid, tank and base, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping of cobwebs. Kitchen cleaning- clean stove, drop pans, burner grates and control knobs, clean inside and outside of microwave oven, rest of appliances will be surfaced washed, and scrubbed inside, wash outside of cabinets, wash countertops and sink, wipe cobwebs, sweep and mop floors. Bedroom- remove cobwebs, vacuuming wipe doorknobs and phones, dust Living room-remove cobwebs, dust light fixtures, sills, shelves, vacuum carpet or sweep and mop floors. All walls will be cleaned of scuff marks, all rugs will be lightly spot treated if applicable, and all windows will be cleaned.   Simply Scour Cleaning holds Liability Business Insurance through Colorado Casualty and can submit a certificate to the client upon request.   Our number one goal is to clean the living facility up to the standards of the client and nothing less!
