Hired Tommys water truck to fill our pool after remodeling and was told that the water trucks do not pull up onto property and will run a hose to the pool. Our driver took it upon himself to pull up onto my property and pull the water truck as close to the pool area because he did not have the proper water hose. Needless to say this damaged my circular driveway and they refused to pay for damages and informed me I signed the form stating they are not responsible for damage. I did sign the form however they were not to pull up onto my property as discussed when ordering the truck and secondly the damage was already cause by the driver taking it upon himself to park up on my property. Needless to say the owner refused to make any repairs and I am now planning to take them to Small Claims. So beware when using this Company. I would not use them again due to being irresponsible and not owning up to damaging my home. This driver even acknowledged he did not have the proper hose that is why he took it upon himself to park up on my property.
