I made the worst decision giving this dealership my business and hard-earned money for several different reasons. The individuals working here are disorganized, unfair and incompetent. For starters, I purchased my car with the condition that I would 1. receive a new grill (the original grill was severely cracked and the Honda emblem was missing) and 2. Lee, the salesman I dealt with, would pay for the many scratches to be buffed out of the body of my car. While my grill was replaced, it has been two months and the scratches in the body of my car remain. I can only infer that after they received their check that he simply did not care about anything that was promised to me after he got his money.

With getting my grill replaced came another problem that almost got me written up at my job. The day after getting my grill fixed, I received numerous frantic calls, texts, and voicemails that they had accidentally left the key to another car in their lot and that this car was blocking their lot so they needed to get the key from my vehicle. After checking twice, I told them that the key was certainly not in my car. This was not good enough for them and they continued to harass me to the point where I relented and told them that they could come to my job and look themselves. The man who came down was very rude, unprofessional and after all that, he confirmed that the key was not there. I was interrupted at my place of business, reprimanded by my superior for leaving outside to unlock my car, and not even an apology was issued to me by this facility.

The final issue I came when a mistake was made on my contract. It is $15 to transfer registration of a car to another person’s name if the registration isn’t due for 90 days or more. What these people neglected to realize was that my registration was due in February (literally the same month I bought my car and thus less than 90 days) so that I should be charged for the full amount. You don’t need a college degree or anything special to simply pay attention to detail and the fact that this was missed and that on top of my down payment and the check for the rest of my amount owed from my bank, that I will now be forced to pay another $291 to these individuals after all I’ve been through is absurd. After harassing me at my job and not following through on promises on Lee’s part, you would think that they would at least attempt to make the customer happier by eating that cost. As a 22-year-old first-time car buyer, I can only learn from these mistakes and attempt to help other people not make the same mistake by urging them to stay far away from this place. I would rather have a bike with two flat tires than a car from this shady, greedy, dealership.

The dealer was very helpful and insightful about every Caron the lot, gave me a lot of tips and help on what car is the best deal. He gave me a great deals and worked with my credit. Highly recommended

1st of all I'd like 2 say even tho after I bought the car they replaced my windshield but now I hear my brakes squeal. Depending on them keeping their word I'll wait 2 see 2 give them a 5 star waiting. This is my 3rd day having my car.If they fix my brakes 2day I will give them a 5 star and have my friends and family go there. They kept their word about fixing my brakes. They even brought up my air bag light tht I forgot 2 mention and they r going 2 fix tht as well. Best place 2 buy a car from honestly.
