This is a horrible company to schedule service with. They won't even come to my home to repair my heater in the early afternoon. I have been trying to schedule for 2 weeks. They don't work past 1:00 PM. They don't care about their customers and will only come out when convenient for them. I changed my work schedule to allow for them to come at Noon, they did not return my phone call or show up. The lady on the phone is rude and impossible to work with. I will never let them do any work on my heating unit. I can't even imagine what their quality of work is. I gave up on using this company.

If i could give zero or negative stars I would. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and was trying to dictate to me how to manage my property and its manager to receive service through my home warranty (AHS). I have cancelled their service ticket with AHS and have logged a formal complaint with AHS as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! If the first point of contact to the general population for this company is this rude and entitled, I can only imagine how the service would be once they actually get their hands on their property. Caveat emptor (buyer beware)...
