Run around stalling

It's been over 2 weeks and still no claim adjuster, no definite time frame when one can come out, all they say is someone will be in contact with me, but I'm the one who ends up calling an still no progress! What is the point in having insurance when they neglect claims and think it's no big deal! I feel real small right now and would not recommend this company to anybody.
