Amazing service! I was trying to find a repair shop for my carpet cleaner I did a google search and found this place. The owner went above and beyond to help me out. It was a Saturday around 7pm when I called the store had already closed, I was having a party Sunday and needed to clean the carpets. The Owner answered and told me they were closed but he had transferred the calls to his cell phone. He asked me what I needed and I explained to him my situation. He told me he would meet me at the store if I could be there in 20 minutes. I took the carpet cleaner to Universal Vacuums not only did he check it on the spot but he said give me 45 minutes and I will have it fixed. He only charged me $40 to fix it. I gave him a $25 tip I was so happy and I knew my wife would be very happy the carpet would be cleaned before the party. I recommend everyone help support this small business GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you my sewing machine is humming along. I took my sewing machine here because it jammed in the middle of a project that I was working on. I called around and this was the only shop that would look at it the same day.

When I got there the gentleman who I think was the owner was very nice I believe his name was sheriff. He look at the machine while I waited, after about 2 minutes he had me back up and running the bobbin case had jumped out of place.

I will be taking my machine back for service soon I appreciate the quick service and thank him for being honest all the other shops wanted me to drop off the machine and they probably would have charged for the repair. I was able to finish my project and I am very happy.

These guys are great I had a Shark Vacuum that wasn't working, I called around and several vacuum repair shops said they didn't work on Shark vacuum cleaners.

I finally came across Universal Vacuums and they told me to bring it in for a free estimate. When I arrived I received 5 star treatment I popped my trunk and the guy came out and got the vacuum and carried it in for me he asked me what kind of problem I was having I told him he said he would call me shortly. I taught it would take a week or so but he called me in an hour and told me he could repair the electrical problem for $45 dollars and he would give me a year warranty on the repair and I could pick it up tomorrow.

This shop really stands behind there work they fixed my vacuum quickly and at a good price he informed me they also dry clean carpets. The guy was very polite and helpful he gave me service with a smile and informed how to better care for my vacuum. I highly recommend this place. A+A+ I'm so happy I'm gonna let people know every chance I get.

Wow this place is great I brought my Dyson in thinking there was a problem because the roller wouldn't spin. The gentleman checked it on the spot and he could have charged me a lot but to my surprise he fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't charge me.

I was please with your fast service and low prices. I got my kirby serviced for half the price kirby charges thank you.

These people accept online orders, but do not ship the product. I ordered parts a month before this review and received no confirmation or anything. A few days later the charge cleared my account. After three weeks I tried to call. After several attempts I finally spoke with someone who assured me that the order would go out immediately and apologized for the delay. A week later still nothing. Six attempts to call got nothing but voicemail. I left a very specific message and no return call. My next step is to contact the credit card company and report the problem and ask for a charge back.

If these people are actually still in business then they are doing a pathetic job of it.
