I called, needed one sprinkler head repaired and some minor pruning done. I was told to expect around a 2 week wait since they were very busy. I said for them to put me on the list. 2 weeks came and went, more time came and went. No word from them. I called and Amber said that she thought I got someone else to do the work and I had been dropped off of the list. No, I had been waiting for them. Part of my lawn was dying without irrigation water and I had been using city metered water trying to keep it from totally going under. Ramon finally came out, I had the part and even helped him do the repair work - he was done in under 8 min. The charge - $55.00. The next day his crew came to prune the trees. I had specifically stated that I was not able to prune anything above my head. So they pruned some branches and left a lot undone. Also didn't rake up the lawn entirely. I guess I should have been there to supervise. Another $55.00 charge. My trees still look awful. I won't be using them again and won't recommend them to anyone.
