So we were thinking about how I was going to get my father around while we down on vacation and I was going to just rent a chair from the parks but I realized we would be going so many more places than just Disney so that probably wasn't the smartest idea. So I started looking around to see if I could find a renal shop that we could use for the whole trip. The first company I came across (thank God!) Was yellow scooters! They actually delivered the chair to us, gave us all the info on the chair and picked it up when we were getting ready to leave! They were the most professional employees I've ever had the pleasure to deal with and the chair worked great. This is the best choice if you have mobility needs in the area. Hands down.

You guys rock!! Rented 3 scooters and they where so comfortable and easy to use at all the Disney parks and transport system. The battery lasted forever, we have rented scooters before and have always had to limit riding to save the battery but your scooters where just unbelievable, I think they may have lasted for days without charging. We did charge them every night. Loved the built in charger it was just like pulling out the power cable on a vacuum cleaner, so convenient to use. You delivery service was perfect and on time and your drivers where so helpful and polite. We really appreciate your companies awesome service from start to finish, you made our Christmas vacation perfect. Thank you so much Yellow Scooters Orlando. Had a great experience with yellow scooters in Orlando good service ontime delivery and the scooter worked fine all day everyday. I will use them again next time.

This company is greedy, rip off, lousy customer service. Rented a scooter for a wk. Delivered to resort on Sun. Took it to Disney on Mon morning. Got to the entrance and scooter broke down. It would moved then stopped. Called the store and they offered to exchange for a new one but we had to push it to the Contemporary Resort. We are in our 60's. No way we could do that. After a few calls i met them at the entrance. I told them to keep the scooter that I didn't want it for the week. Jackie the woman i talked to was rude. She refused to reimburse me for the rest of the week. Arrived home I tried calling the company but no one answered. I eventually talked to Stephen Briddon, the owner, thru their online chat. Lot of good that did. All he tried to do was imply that it's all on us. Or as he so eloquently put it "that's life". Arrogant and rude man. Funny I looked him up on Facebook and he just bought a new truck for the business and he can't get it to work. What comes around goes around.

I rented a scooter for three days. On day one I had to charge it 5 times, I could not ride but for a few minutes and it would die. My son in law had to push it out of Disney. The company picked the scooter up after day ones failure, I requested a full refund but no such luck. Charged for three days!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not rent from them!! They will charge your account with unauthorized charges!!! BEWARE. If you do happen to rent here, use a credit card, not a debit, so that it is easier to have charges taken off! They will never have my business again! They charged my account $65 & sent an email thanking me for my order!! Excuse me!?!? What order? They claim that I ordered a basket for the scooter that I rented!! They refused to take the charge off of my account. I called my bank & they told me it would be a $30 charge to stop payment and that the company might try to charge my account again costing me a total of $95! I've learned my lesson the hard way!

BEWARE!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! We rented 3 scooters for 5 days and were charged for 6! Also they charged us $38.95 for a 29.00 cooler rental because we added it after our original reservation they said there was a $9.00 charge that we were not told about! To top it off the cooler they rent you is not alowed in the parks! We've tried to speak with the manager and he won't call us back and they refuse to refund our money for the extra day for all 3 scooters and for the cooler that we aren't allowed to use! Also the scooter have bad batteries and have to constantly be charged thru the day! Stay away from these crooks!

Company likes to rip off people. Call them immediately after making a reservation to change and cancel and they do not issue full refund per their policies. Staff repeatedly hung up on me. Only got a refund less $25 after getting Disney VISA involved. Company does not follow its own posted policy about reservations less than 24 hours but will hold you to it and not refund a dime back

Not worth the hassle, Chargers didn't work properly, I was advised by Steve that I didn't plug in the charger correctly. Worked great the first and second day the third day we had to PUSH the scooter out of the park!! Fourth day worked fine, last day....again had to push the scooter out of the park, even after we charged it twice while in the park, once for and hour and the second time for 5 hours!! No apologies from the owner...no offer of a refund of any kind. i WILL NOT be renting from this company again.

Very understanding staff who listened to my needs and were very helpful. Excellent service and the scooter was like new. Can't recommend them enough.

i used them for my disney vacation and was happy with the service. they had decent scooters, decent prices and i had no issues with the rental. i would use this company again if i go back.

We have been stopping at Disney Saratoga Springs for the past 10 days, and we have had an Orlando Scooter Rental from Steve at YellowScooters. (We originally found this company here on YP, but did not want to post until we had tested the Scooter Rental in Disney.



We have been absolutely delighted with the scooter. It runs all day without any issues. It looks so tidy compared to all of the other scooters we have seen in the parks, INCLUDING Disney's own scooters.

We decided to add a rear mounted ice box to our rental. This has saved us a small fortune, as we have been buying food and drink from Walmart's, and placing it into the mounted cooler each day. What a fantastic idea. Being British, we love to save money, and I think we have saved more than $100 from not buying food and drink at Magic Kingdom so far.

Great Scooter Rental Prices for Westgate Resorts in the USA.

I liked Yellow Scooters because the service was friendly and efficient and they had the best price I could find when I was looking for a scooter for my Disney vacation. I had hurt my ankle playing tennis but still wanted to enjoy my vacation with my family. I only had to pay $100 for a whole week's rental and was able to spend all day, each day in the parks with no pain--so worth it! As a bonus, the scooter was new looking and stylish (yellow instead of the usual red and blue ones you see), so I didn't feel embarrassed riding it. I would totally recommend Yellow Scooters to anyone who wants to freely enjoy their vacation!
