This place is ridiculous no one ever picks up the phone. When you send in a pick up request you might have your packages picked up, you might not. When you take the time to go online and request a pick up that never happens it is ridiculous! Why is it so difficult to find the postmaster here? That person as well as all staff should be fired- immediately. They don't care, they are pleasant enough but can't seem to get a simple job done. I am very unhappy with this area post office!

Worst post office ever! Twice we have been there and we're turned away. If it's 5:59 and your door in unlocked, you are still open. Customer service is awful. They need a 24 hour automated machine to replace the rude workers who don't adhere to their own office hours.

Absolute worst post office ever. The supervisor (some unprofessionally dressed dreadlocked, ignorant fool) is by far the rudest person I have ever seen. God bless affirmitave action...they need to clean house over there.the supervisor also is the most lazy worker I have ever seen.

Worker in red vest (middle aged female with mid-length dark hair) is mean, snide and condescending. Treated me as if I was an imbecile for asking a question. Woman behind the counter is apathetic at best. If you like being abused by hostile employees on a power trip, this is your post office!

Get these people off my payroll. They simply don't care, don't pickup when flag is up, don't answer phone. Fire the postmaster and his staff.

One of the WORSE for service and friendliness!!! We returned keys to a PO box and heaven knows where they went from there for our service was not discontinued for months!

Our business uses this location and have frequently endured unconscionably offensive behavior on the part of a postal clerk named Linda; she constantly - and loudly - complains, bullies and attempts in every way she can to humiliate postal customers who are there to simply conduct necessary business, i.e. certified mail, priority mail, etc. She makes each transaction as difficult as possible and handles each task with difficulty, enormous sarcasm, heaving huge "sighs" and acts as if she's extremely put-out by just having to carry-out her job, which she obviously hates. She gossips openly about her colleagues as well as customers she's just served in a mean, disparaging manner. We cannot understand how the postal service could allow this woman to keep her position, as she certainly contravenes every workplace rule on a daily basis. At the office, we're down to drawing straws as to who's unlucky enough to go to the post office and thus taking the chance of having to put up with her abuse
