I have to disagree. The front desk was nice, but when the assistant came to get my child, she didn't introduce herself, didn't have a smile on her face. I sat on a bench behind a wall, while my child laid in the chair. They looked at her mouth and xrays taken 2 months ago and said she would need a cap and child root canal, all while I sat on the other side of the bench looking over. I didn't even realize it was the doctor who was talking to me because she didn't introduce herself, but instead said are you the child's mother. She spoke to me in like 5 min, said we were done and then I was taken to a little office to discuss the costs of the procedures, they wanted to know what we wanted to do that exact moment so they could send the claim into the insurance. It seemed they were just concerned about the money. My child has some cavities but none that are painful and they are barely visible. There was no attempt at connecting with us as new patients.
