Unfortunately I can't leave a positive review for this shop. Their selection is wonderful and there prices are average to high as you would expect from a boutique smoke shop to be. This is not why I have chosen to leave a negative review. I bought a high end full size nautilus adjustable tank from the shop owner. When I got the piece home it wouldn't draw properly and leaked all over the place.. I brought the tank back a week later to find out what was wrong with it only to discover the glass threading on the top of the tank was shattered. I asked the shop owner for a discount of some kind on a replacement tank, it was only after trying to walk out that the gentlman finally decided to offer me a 5 dollar(20%) discount on the mini version of the tank I had previously purchased. I bought the tank and walked outside, turned right back around and asked the guy to inspect the tank and fill it for me. It was faulty just like the first one. He reached under the counter and grabbed a tank that was a full ten dollars cheaper than the tank I just bought. Filled it and handed it back to me acting as if we were square. I said sir, that tank is a lot cheaper, he said " ok, I give you some fluid " after arguing about the type of fluid I could get( I was allowed a 5 dollar full retail option) , I kept trying to explain how this was still unfair and improper customer service. He said needed to think about him instead of myself. Then he said I was p!$$ing him off and assured me numerous times that he was much smarter than I. I laughed, told him I would take whatever he wanted to give me and left. So after spending more than 200 dollars in the shop over the last two weeks, I walked in with a problem I hoped to have reolved and walked out paying 42.50 for a 14.99 tank and 4 - 15ml bottles of cheap fluid after whichI was insulted and berated. I wanted very much to like this shop, but the owner is rude and not very bright. I would suggest any of the 20 other shops in the Clermont / Winter Garden area and if it your only option, pay close attention so you don't get swindled by the selfish little Indian man with self esteem issues.
