Edward P. Jordan is a class act. Not only is he an attorney with integrity and honesty he is a great teacher and Christian. His representation is solid through out lake county. I am proud to say that some years ago he and his wife Debbie give me a chance when they decided to hire me even though I lacked experience in the family law. I worked for him for six (6) years and it was the best six years of my Life. Edward and Debbie also lifted me up spirituality when my family and I were going through a very hard time. I retained this firm for a real estate transaction and potential law suite against my home owner s association within the past year. I retained Mr. Jordan over ten years ago to help with a domestic relation case. Over the years Mr. Jordan s professional expertise has resolved several legal issues. My last modification was settled out of court saving me money.

I retained Mr. Jordan to handle a Homeowners Association dispute for me. The HOA was responsible for reimbursing me the cost of fixing damaged pipes and the HOA refused to pay. Mr. Jordan discussed the florida statute with me and stated that the HOA was wrong and that dealing with HOA s was his forte. Just a couple of weeks after I retained Mr. Jordan I received a reimbursement check in the mail from my HOA. Dear Mr. Jordan, I want to thank you for helping me make a decision on purchasing a foreclosure property. Without your help I might have had some major problems regarding a second mortgage. In any event, I would like to let people know if they are considering a foreclosure to cover themselves using a qualified attorney like yourself. Mr. Jordan is most detailed in his work and gives you the tools to make proper decisions. I did not buy the foreclosure and it went back to the bank (Fannie Mae). The bottom line is the second mortgage was $150,000 and was not properly addressed in the foreclosure process according to Mr. Jordan. If I had not gone to him regarding this matter and possibly purchased the property it might have cost me a whole lot more than a visit to Mr. Jordan s office.
