Customers are allowed to take items directly out of the blue totes so please feel free to take what you want and don't let anybody bully you. Secondly we get so many donations that we have a difficult time keeping up with them. If you don't believe me just look inside the doors when you go to donate there is a mound a huge mound of donations and it be nice if they were clean instead of people giving us their trash or dirty laundry. And I literally mean garbage like crumpled up paper and egg crates with eggs that have been used, etc.We do appreciate all the kind customers and their donations but we can only do what we are allowed to do so please try to be understanding.

I wanted to donate a computer armoire that had 2 upper drawers & file drawer &table. I took off 2doors and lower sections. At goodwill Clermont, I was greeted by a man who watched me unload 4 sections. He said cant take unassembled unit. I said if you get the main part out I'll assemble in 5 minutes. Mgr LISA said no.I said ok I'll drive over to the side and assemble it.Then they went inside, I reloaded 4 sections. found a screwdriver in truck and with armoire laying in truck bed, got the unit back together. I had to hold the doors up to put in screws The bottom sections were very heavy, and I held/propped them to attach.Several goodwill men walked inches watching me struggle. It took 54 minutes. LISA never came out but she may have been one of the many employees who watched a middle aged woman in dress pants and a blouse assembling furniture.I hope the money from this armoire helps someone who needs it. All my donations will go to St Vincent just down the road. Boo rude goodwill.

Great store, friendly staff but they need to do something about the couple who are "flippers" who shop right out of the bins as they come out the back of the store. They are bullies and follow the shelf stockers to grab stuff for themselves that the can resell.

Some very friendly people working! LOTs of great deals. They even offered me a discount because I was buying about 50 books for my classroom. Just wish they had more deals like Facebook Fridays, Rewards Cards, $.99 Sundays.

horribly rude, WORST attitude

1st day open. I got my head bitten off because I walked in the store a minute or so after they apparently closed. The store was full of people shopping but I got a speech about workers going home & the door being locked (it was not.) The lady I assume was the manager was HORRIBLY rude & condescending! This is the 1st time I have ever rated a business & the only reason that I am is because this I got the nastiest attitude I've seen in a long time. I won't be back but I know ALOT of people & they are going to hear about this
