There are not enough words to express our gratitude in working with Phyllis in buying a home. Prior to our purchase she managed the house my sister has been living in for two years which we have now bought. During that time she was on top of any request my sister made to keep the house running in tiptop shape. From the time we decided to purchase the house Phyllis has been there to make sure things were all in place. She was on top of every aspect in the closing and kept us well informed of each step. She is extremely courteous, efficient, competent, professional, and organized. She comes highly recommended in our book. Elite is the perfect name for her management.

Phyllis is a very professional and caring individual who will make you feel welcome in helping you in your rental search. She also helped us in our search for our "forever" home! Two thumbs up!!

Ms. Phyllis Rodman has been the Property Manager for my Investment house in Clermont Florida for several years. I have always found her to be very courteous and professional in her relationship with me. She ensured that the property was well taken care of, collected the rent and did all deposits to my account in a timely manner. Repairs and maintenance were done whenever necessary. I had a worry free experience while Phyllis took care of everything. I highly recommend Phyllis Rodman as a property manager.

Before I knew I needed a property manager, I was told about Elite Rental Management from a friend in New York who had been using her services for a while and was extremely pleased and grateful to be in contract with Phyllis Rodman with Elite Rental Management, Inc.



In 2007, I acquired a property in Minneola and needed someone to manage this property as well as my home in Ocoee. Phyllis came in and was very professional and knowledgeable with her assessment and suggestions.



Over the years, I have proven her to be a woman who is hard working and personable; her integrity leads the way.



Phyllis now manages two (2) rental properties for me and is also my Real Estate Broker handling the sale of another!

We have been renting with Phyllis Rodman and Elite Rental Management for almost 3 years now and we have been completely satisfied with every aspect of dealing with them. Any maintenance request we may have had was fixed promptly. Also, Phyllis fought for us to get our special request to have a screen installed on our porch. Phyllis at Elite is a GREAT property manager. I have been a tenant at one of her properties for almost two years. She always returns any communication promptly, and has always provided assistance when we needed it. The property is well maintained, and when we like to have extra things done on our dime, she recommends great companies at reasonable rates. It is always a pleasure doing business with her!

We have nothing but praise for Phyllis Rodman and Elite Rental Management. She attends to every issue promptly, and leaves us (the owners) worry free regarding our property. She finds the best value in contractors to address the issues that arise in any rental property. She found renters for our property very quickly, including new renters when the first tenants had to move out of town. Her meticulous record keeping makes tax time a breeze. Her fees are very reasonable, and a great value to us. We trust her decision making and recommend her to anyone wishing to hire a property manager.

We stayed in 1623 Nightfall Drive for 10 years and the house is 15 years old. Reason why we moved out is lack of maintenance. Rent is not an issue coz we pay the same rent amount at another place. Carpet was never changed since the house was built despite of our requests. Carpet was changed only after we moved out. We left the house in April of this year 2015 with no major damages, just the small very minor wear and tear. We even left our fridge per her request and we left the house in good condition But, what Miss Rodman did was to hold on to our security deposit for some unreasonable claims (wear and tear). It is a good thing I took photos before we left as per my friend's advice for evidence. I will use this at the landlord and tenant court anytime now. What a shame for Miss Rodman.

My husband and I were tenants of a house that Mrs. Phyllis Rodman managed. As tenants we NEVER had problems. Our calls were returned at the moment or later during the day. If there was anything that needed to be fixed, she managed to take care of it as soon as posible and we never had to wait more than a week. She always notified us of her visits and she tried to make the arangements to make it convinient for us. If you are a responsable tenant, you will never have any problems with her at all. We are flexible and very responsable people and we understand that if you are a property manager and also want to keep a property (that is not yours) in good condition you must have not only a good rental contract, but also visit the property. If we were owners of a property that we would want to rent, we wouldn't hesitate to have her as our property manager. We had been renting property ever since we moved to the USA, and she has been by far, the best property manager we know.

I have entrusted 4 of my rental properties to Elite Rental Management for the past 8 years. I feel blessed to have this company watching over me and my property. It was important for me to find a reliable, honest management company, as I was working on a military installation overseas for most of this time. Prior to finding Elite Rental Management, I had very bad luck with 2 other companies. The first company was stealing from the landlords and the second one was irresponsible resulting in $4,000 of property damage. Since I have worked with Elite Renal Management, I have been more than satisfied. This company is awesome! I believe that Elite has been good to me, the owner, and the tenants. They are immediately responsive to the tenants when they need a repair or something goes wrong. At the same time, they have set up a network of honest contractors who they call on for repairs and maintenance. This should give the owners and tenants peace of mind. Elite’s trustworthiness and integrity is important to me, so I highly recommend this company to owners and tenants.

Very upset about the lack of respect for privacy and lack of service towards tenants. I am willing to bet the top two reviews are false and written by Elite Rental Management realtors. Too many restrictions and way too many visits to property without notice. If you are renting or having these people rent your home, just be warned about Mrs. Phyllis I. Rodman the real estate broker who has no respect for privacy and has a very deceptive smile.

Phyllis and her staff were very helpful in finding us the perfect rental home. It was so nice to move right in to a home that didn't need any cleaning. Everything was ready for us. It was a great experience working with them. We highly recommend working with Elite Rental Management.

Phyllis of Elite Rental Management was very helpful from the beginning of my property search. She was kind enough to take me around her properties, impromptu on our first appointment until I had found exactly what I liked. The entire experience working with her was very pleasant, very personalized and I'm pleased to be renting one of her properties!
