Helped me with cycling shoes and cleats for my exercise bike (needed to keep toes pointed straight.) Was told to contact Trek, given the numbers of pedals and shoes, and Trek would send to InGear for FREE. Can't do better than that!

Poor customer service. Doesn't stand behind their products. Bought a $300 bike, needed repairs made me pay for them. My son only road the bike for a week. Found them to be very rude. Will never do business with again.
