Tried to cancel monthly tanning subscription early but could not get the owner to call me back. Call 4 times and left messages. Went by the store and left messages to call. Never called. Went back by and asked to cancel with employee and she could not. The owner had too. Still haven't been able to cancel monthly EFT so I guess next step is going to the bank and placing stop payment.
