Tengan cuidado con esta compañia te ofrecen algo y al año te lo cambian todo,,,,,,,,,Busquen otra se lo recomiendo,,,

DO NOT USE!! They are cheap because that is exactly what you get! We just started service and they have yet to pick our trash up on the scheduled day. The driver keeps driving by and saying unable to pick up. No reason other than laziness!! Then when you call it in they tell you someone will be back by that day to pick it up and nothing. You have to call three or four times before it finally gets picked up. Guess what??!! You have to do it all over again on your next pick up day. The customer service is terrible too. No one can tell you why it is happening and they just do not care.

If you want a few more gray hairs this is the place to use. If not then run away fast!!

Do not do business there, they suck. Customer service just routes you through never ending wait periods of annoying holds, you never get transferred to the desired party. They argue with you over the phone.



This all stems from the trash personnel literally breaking my trash can handle and wheel, as the wheel broke off and there were cracks in the bottom of the trash can.
