I have been to my local shoe repair in Dunedin many times in the 23 years I've lived here, only to be turned away. I have an older but quite expensive LV handbag which the zipper broke, I visited Tom's due to his website stating luggage repair. He was gracious confirmed he had a new zipper,and accepted the challenge. He not only replaced the broken zipper,he put the original LV pull from the broken zipper onto the new zipper. Nothing but pleasant good service. My only if you can call it an issue is that he is cash or check only. I will travel the extra mile and use his services instead of the local shop in Dunedin
