tbaynet, is currently doing work for out company in the Palm Harbor area. We have a average of 3-4+ hours a week downtime. He blames brighthouse for us not being able to reach our server which is onsite but we can still get to the internet. We did have a private consultant come in and make some changes which worked really well for a few months till Tbaynet came back in to fix something and the network has not worked right since. The tech is normally condescending and not easy to work with. If I could give a 0 I woiuld
